The values in the schedule are benchmarks and can change relevant to the
Temp.-time-rpm = benchmarks. Half load = 3.0 kg. Test-programme for energy
consumption: Coloureds/hot wash 60
standard-programmes corresponding to the data on the model plate and the data
sheet. These programmes are suitable for washing normal contaminated laundry.
They are the most efficient programmes.
1. Check the colourfastness of coloured clothes. Wash clothes, which easily loose
colour, separately.
2. Check if your laundry needs special washing and select the relevant
programme.
3. You find further information on the labels of your clothes if and how your
clothes are suitable to be washed in a washer.
4. Do not leave any laundry in the washer a longer period of time; otherwise the
laundry becomes musty and will mould.
5. Not suitable to be washed in a washer are:
a. ties, waistcoats, coats and clothes, which will shrink easily and clothes with
such components, e.g. stickers, lace etc.
b. Crease-resistant clothes, clothes with imprints or lamination.
c. Crease-resistant silk, clothes with fur components, fur.
d. Clothes, which easily loose colour, e.g. gowns or traditional costumes.
e. Clothes contaminated with gas, petrol, paint thinner or alcohol etc.
f. Waterproof objects, e.g. skiing suits, sleeping bags, rain coats etc.
6. Empty the pockets of each piece of your laundry.
Choose your detergent relevant to the laundry you want to wash (cotton, wool,
synthetic etc.), the temperature and the level of contamination; otherwise a strong
load(kg) detergent container
