Basic settings
Removing and connecting the rear wheels (Abb. 6)
During many adjustment operations, it is necessary to remove the rear
wheels.
Press the button on the quick-release axle and reach into the spokes with
four fingers. Then pull the rear wheel (the quick-release axle) out of the axle
mounting.
To connect the rear wheels, press the quick-release axle button with your
thumb again. Now insert the rear wheel (the quick-release axle) into the axle
mounting; the quick-release axle engages automatically.
Seat depth (Abb. 7 - Abb. 9)
The wheelchair is always delivered with the maximum possible seat depth.
To reduce the seat depth, first remove the leg supports. Next, open the
Velcro straps on the right and left of the seat frame. Secure the Velcro straps
to the extension so that they are no longer wrapped around the frame. Fold
the extension beneath the seat and fasten the Velcro straps to secure it
there.
Carry the procedure out in the opposite sequence to increase the seat depth.
Seat height adjustment (Abb. 10 - Abb. 15)
The height of the wheelchair's seat is adjusted in 4 stages of 30 mm (42, 45,
48, 51 cm with the Caneo E and S, 48, 51, 54, 57 cm with the Caneo L). Two
stages of 30 mm are achieved using 2 different holes in the fork. A further
stage of 60 mm is achieved by turning the castor. To do this, the two bolts on
the castor bushing first have to be loosened. The left and right castors are
then exchanged. The height of the rear wheel is adjusted by using these
holes; loosen the securing bolts to do this. Adjust the rear wheel adapter to
the desired height and tighten the bolts again.
The corresponding combinations are comprised as follows:
 Seat height 42 (48 with Caneo L) - castor upwards and upper fork hole
