Calibration Of The Gauge Arms - Nussbaum BM 15 Touch Bedienungsanleitung

The machine calibration is finished.
After the calibration has successfully been done it ma-
kes sense to perform a ZERO run in order to compensate
possible residual imbalance in the shaft. Please proceed
as follows:
- Touch the button CALIBRATION.
- Make sure that the calibration weight has been remo-
ved and NO cone or clamping nut are attached tot
he shaft.
- Close the wheel guard.
- The zero run is performed and a message is shown
when it has been finished successfully.

6.2 Calibration of the gauge arms

Touching the button "GAUGE ARMS"
starts the calibration of the inner and
outer gauge arm.

Attach the inner gauge arm to the flange and cali-
bration weights as show on the screen and wait for an
acoustic signal.

Move the arm as shown on the screen to the front and
wait for an acoustic signal.
Only BM 45 Touch and BM 55 Touch
