User notices

These operating instructions are intended for the ope-
rators and the supervisors of the wheel balancer BM 15
Touch, BM 35 Touch, BM 45 Touch, BM 55 Touch the S
models.
The operators are the trained staff of the motorcar tra-
de. They must have been trained in the operation of this
wheel balancer (e.g. by a Nussbaum training).
The supervisor is responsible for the framework condi-
tions of the wheel balancer (e.g.: accident prevention
etc.).
Due use
The wheel balancer BM xx Touch Touch is used for the
user-friendly inspection of vehicle wheels for imbalan-
ce
Avoid using with unsuitable wheels or tools!
– Do not use a tire size which is not intended for the ma-
chine.
– Only place the intended objects onto the wheel ba-
lancer.
Conditions of use
- The operating and display unit must not be exposed
to direct sunlight!
- Function range +5 °C to +40 °C.

Before the commissioning and the operation of the
device, it is under all circumstances necessary to go
through the operating instructions and especially
through the safety notices in detail.
By doing so, you will exclude insecurities when handling
the device and the resulting safety risks right from the
start for your own safety and in order to avoid damages
to the device.
! The following instruction manual describes all availa-
ble functions and parts. Please compare the func-
tion scope of the machine to the list at the end of
the document.

software and data; a liability for damages, which are
caused by faulty software and data, is excluded. In any
case, the liability of the Otto Nussbaum GmbH & Co KG
is limited to the amount which the customer has actually
paid for this product. This liability exclusion does not ap-
ply to damages which have been caused intentionally
or by gross negligence on behalf of the Otto Nussbaum
GmbH & Co KG.
Guarantee:
The use of unauthorized hard- and software leads to a
change of our products and thus to an exclusion of all
liabilities and guarantees, even if the hard- or software
has been removed or deleted in the meantime.
Our products must not be modified; furthermore, our
products may only be used with original accessories.
Otherwise, all guarantee claims will become void.
The present Nussbau test device may only be operated
with operating systems which have been authorized by
Nussbau. If a Nussbau test device is used with another
authorized operating system, this voids our guarantee
responsibility according to our delivery conditions. Fur-
thermore, we cannot assume any liability for damages
and consequential damages, which are caused by the
use of an unauthorized operating system.
