Instructions for use

4.1

Notes for on-site commissioning

Position the machine and follow the instructions
according to the Installation instructions guide!

Mount the clamping device!
After switching on the machine the start routine will au-
tomatically activated. During the start´the logo is displa-
yed and a progress bar becomes visible.

The screen will be dark for several seconds. Please
do not switch off the machine in this moment since
it is going through the starting routine.
When the start up procedure has been completed the
machine is ready for balancing.

4.2

Clamp the wheel

Select and secure the correct clamping means to
the machine. Secure the wheel by choosing the cor-
rect cone or centering means and tighten the correct
clamp.
Make sure that the surface of the mid centering device
and the rim are clean.
Choose the right cone for the mid center hole of the rim
and place it on the shaft.
Place the wheel on the shaft as far as possible to the left
side and hold with the hand. Place the quick nut on the
shaft and tighten the wheel properly.

Balancing programs

You are in the entry screen.
