RV command

RV command is used to read the firmware version and model type of the meter
(Model-A or Model-B).
The syntax of returned character string is specified by
two parts of character string separated by a comma (,) in between.
<v x.xx> represents the current firmware version, and
<m> represents the model name:
<m> =6 for Model-A,
<m> =5 for Model-B.
For example, a returned character string "v1.00, 5" represents Model-B installed
with firmware version "v1.00".
