Changing system settings

Attention!
In the case of "Antenna Power", select only the option "On"
when connecting an active room antenna. The receiver or the
antenna may otherwise be damaged.
Press the "MENU" key on the remote control.
Call up the "Installation" menu.
The following settings can be carried out in the "System Settings"
menu:

If the installation lock is activated (see page 99), you will
be prompted to enter the password (PIN code). (The devi-
ce PIN code is set to 0000 by default.)

Carrying out basic settings
Explanation
The desired language for the onscreen
menu can be set here.
Up to four different audio languages
may be set here.
Select either 4:3 format or 16:9 format
(widescreen) depending on the size of
your screen. With the "LETTERBOX"
setting the widescreen format is shown
in full. The picture is reduced in size.
You will see black edges at the top and
bottom of the screen. With the "AUTO"
setting the device switches automatically
between the 4:3 and 16:9 format,
depending on the programme.
Leave the setting as "RGB" if your
receiver is connected via the SCART cable.
