6. First use

6.1. Inserting the battery

The supplied li-ion battery is required for operating
the camera.
 Slide the battery compartment cover in the direc-
tion of the arrow and open the cover.
 Insert the battery in accordance with the illustra-
tion.
Carefully push the battery into the camera until it
clicks audibly into place.
