A 1.1 Sicherheitshinweise

Die Angaben in dieser
Betriebsanleitung und in den zugeordneten
Zusatzanleitungen, besonders aber die
Sicherheitsinformationen B 1.2, müssen zur Vermeidung
von Gefahren und Schäden besonders beachtet werden!
Hinweise zu Transport / Lagern siehe Abschnitt B 1.3
Beschreibung
A 2.1 Lieferumfang
Für den Umfang der lieferbaren Bauvarianten der Maschinen
gelten ausschließlich die Angaben in den Katalogen bzw. den
Angeboten.
A 2.2 Typendefinition, Zusatzanleitungen
Die Maschinen sind oberflächengekühlte Drehstrom-
Käfigläufermotoren für Niederspannung mit angebautem
Fremdlüfteraggregat. Sie werden als Industrieantriebe
eingesetzt und drehzahlgeregelt über einen Transistor-
Pulsumrichter gespeist.
Bitte beachten Sie neben den speziellen Angaben dieser
Anleitung auch die "Allgemeinen Hinweisen" (Abschnitt B ...).
Falls der Hersteller von zusätzlich an- bzw. eingebauten,
fremdbezogenen Elementen spezielle Montage- und
Betriebsanweisungen erstellt und mitgeliefert hat, sind diese
den o. g. Maschinen-Betriebsanleitungen beigefügt.
A 2.3 Vorschriften
Die Maschinen entsprechen den DIN-Normen und den
Bestimmungen nach DIN VDE 0530 (bzw. IEC 34-1). Sie können
verschiedenen Klassifikationsvorschriften und ausländischen
Vorschriften angepaßt sein.
A 2.4 Schutzart
Die Maschinen haben die Schutzart IP 55 nach EN 60034-5
(bzw. IEC 34-5).
Der Wellendurchtritt auf der D-Seite hat standardmäßig die
Schutzart IP54.
Die Maschinen sind nicht für den Betrieb in salzhaltiger oder in
aggressiver Atmosphäre sowie Aufstellung im Freien geeignet.
A 2.5 Bauformen
Die lieferbaren Bauformen nach EN 60034-7 (bzw. IEC 34-7)
sind im Katalog aufgeführt. Die zutreffende Bauform ist auf
dem Leistungsschild angegeben. Normale Maschinen können
entgegen Schildangabe auch in anderen Bauformen laut
Tabelle eingesetzt werden.

A 2.6 Kühlung und Belüftung
Die Maschinen sind in geschlossener Bauart mit
Oberflächenkühlung ausgeführt.

A 1.1 Safety note

information in these instructions and the associated
supplementary instructions and, in particular, to the
safety instructions in B 1.2, in order to prevent personal
injury and damage.
Refer to section B 1.3 for information on transportation and
storage
Description
A 2.1 Scope of supply
The Catalog and/or offers are the sole source of information
regarding the available design variants of the machines.
A 2.2 Type definition, supplementary instruc-
tions
The machines are surface-cooled LV three-phase squirrel-
cage motors with built-on fan units. These variable-speed
drives, which are used as main spindle drives, are supplied by
a transistor pulse-controlled a.c. converter.
In addition to the specific instructions in this manual, the "Gen-
eral instructions" in section B ... must also be observed.
Any additional special installation and operating instructions for
mounted or built-in components or elements from other manu-
facturers are enclosed with the aforementioned instructions
for the machine.
A 2.3 Standards and regulations
The machines comply with the applicable DIN standards and
with the requirements of IEC 34. They may have been adapted
to different classification requirements and foreign standards
and regulations.
A 2.4 Degree of protection
The machines are in compliance with degree of protection IP 55
to EN 60034-5 (or IEC 34-5).
The shaft exit at the drive end normally has degree of protec-
tion IP 54.
The machines are not suitable for operation in salt-laden or ag-
gressive atmospheres or for outdoor installation.
A 2.5 Types of construction
The available types of construction to EN 60034-7 (or IEC 34-
7), are listed in the Catalog. The type of construction is indi-
cated on the rating plate. Contrary to the specifications on the
rating plate, standard machines can also be used in other
types of construction in accordance with the following table.
A 2.6 Cooling and ventilation
The machines are of the enclosed, surface-cooled type.
They are fitted with built-on fan units at the non-drive end. The
air outlet is located on the right-hand side. The fan unit can be
