Remove 3 bolts pos. 1, unscrew the
nuts pos. 28 and take off the plate
(protection plate) pos. 5 (fig. 7).
•
Unscrew the nuts pos. 43 and screws
pos. 40 (fig. 7) and take off the left and
right guidance pos. 38 and 37.
•
Unscrew the nut pos. 27 and screws
pos. 23 (fig. 7) and turn around pos. 33
(downwards up and upwards down), fix
the nuts pos. 27 on the screws pos. 23.
Unscrew the 3 screws pos. 27 and take
off the cover pos. 26 (fig. 6).
•
Tighten the left and right holder of the
kneading machine pos. 5 and 8 (fig. 9)
with screws pos. 9, washers pos. 7 and
nuts pos. 6 (fig. 9).
•
Fix the kneading machine pos. 2 (fig. 9)
on the holder pos. 5 and 8 and screw
with nuts pos. 10 and washers pos. 11.
•
Fix the gear of the kneading machine
on the P.T.O. shaft pos. 10 (fig. 8) by
screwing the nut pos. 38 and removing
the screw pos. 39 (fig. 10). Place the
gear on the P.T.O. shaft, insert the
screw pos. 39 again and tighten the nut
pos. 38.
•
Fix the protection pos. 20 (fig. 9) by
unscrewing 2 screws pos. 22, placing
the protection and again screwing the
screws pos. 22 (fig. 10).
•
Fix the handle pos. 4 (fig. 9) on the
holder (main holder) pos. 1 (fig. 6) on
the upper side, on the lower side fix the
hitch pos. 12 (fig. 9). Insert the screws
pos. 13 from the lower side and screw
them from the upper side with washers
pos. 7 and nuts pos. 6 (fig. 9).
•
Place the P.T.O.
pos. 14 between the gear pos. 3 and
the kneading machine pos. 2 (fig. 9).
