ANPASSUNG DER GELENKWELLE
Die
Gelenkwelle
muss
Schleppern angepasst werden.
Die genaue Länge wird wie folgt festgestellt:
•
Maschine ohne Gelenkwelle an den
Schlepper anbauen.
•
Gelenkwelle auseinanderziehen und die
beiden Wellenhälften an den Schlepper
und die Maschine anbauen; dabei einen
gegenteiligen Vergleich machen (Bild 5).
•
Üerprüfen Sie, ob beim Höchstanheben -
oder -senken des Dreipunkt-hebelwerks
die Überdeckung der Gelenkwellen min.

auf Block sitzt (es müssen mindest 20
mm überbleiben (a).
•
Bei eventueller Kürzung müssen beide
Schiebe- und Stützrohre um gleiches
Mass abgesägt werden.
•
Entgraten Sie dann die Rohrenden,
entfernen die Späne und fetten die
Gleitstellen gut ein.

VORBEREITUNG
FÜR DEN TRANSPORT
•
Die
Entlastungsfeder
werden (Bild 6).
•
Überprüfen, ob die Transportverriegelung
gut einrastet (Bild 7).
•
Beim Mähwerk mit Hydraulikzylinder-
Ausführung wird der Mähbalken in die
senkrechte
(transportfähige)
ausgehoben, wenn das Mähwerk etwas
vom Boden angehoben ist (Bild 8).
•
In der Transportstellung muss der V
entilhebel in Sperrposition (B) (Bild 9)
gestellt werden.

ADJUSTMENT OF THE P.T.O.
SHAFT
The adjustment of the P.T.O. Shaft is
necessary for different tractors.
To find out the right lenght:
•
Connect the machine to the tractor.
•
Pull out the P.T.O. Shaft entirely and
connect each separate half of the shaft to
the tractor and than compare them whith
each other (fig. 5).
•
Test if the covering of the P.T.O. Shaft
tubes is minimal 200 mm (b) at max.
lifting and lowering of the 3 point hitch
bars, and if the P.T.O. Shaft does not run
into the block at horizontal position (the
distance should be at least 20 mm).
•
In case you need to shorten the P.T.O.
Shaft, make sure you shorten both shafts
and protection tubes for exactly the same
lenght.
•
File the end of the tube, remove the
remainings of filing and lubricate gliding
spots well.
PREPARATION OF THE MOWER
FOR TRANSPORT
•
You have to block the discharging spring
for transport (fig.6).
•
Always check if the hook, which holds
the mower in the transport position, is
properly set in its position (fig. 7).
•
If you have a version with hydraulic
cylinder, you should lift the cutter bar into
the vertical position (transport) when the
mower is slightly lifted from the ground
(fig. 8)
•
When the mower is in the vertical
position (transport) you must set the
handle of the valve to the closed position
B (fig. 9).
