1 Lay down the cable assembly (7) straight.
2 Slide wire guide (8) into module (10) as far as it will go.
3 Secure it with the grub screw (9) .
Before mounting the continuous wire guide, the following activities must be
carried out:

1 Screw the replaceable tip adaptor (11) into the torch neck (3) .
2 Screw gas nozzle support (2) onto the tip adaptor (11) .
3 Screw contact tip (1) into tip adaptor (11) and tighten it.
4 Slide gas distributor (13) over the contact tip (1) and the tip adaptor (11) .
5 Screw gas nozzle (12) onto torch neck (3) .
6 Lay down the cable assembly (7) straight.
7 Slide wire guide (8) through the cable assembly all the way to the contact
tip and secure it with the grub screw (9) .

1 Screw spigot nut (5) on module (10) and tighten it with a wrench AF 24.
2 Pull kink protection (6) over spigot nut (5) .
1 Insert the wire in the wire feed unit as specified by the manufacturer.
2 Press the "Current free wire feed" pushbutton at the wire feed unit.
The machine-side connection has been optionally designed as Panasonic
connection or ABICOR BINZEL KZ-2 plug. This is why the cable assembly
should be mounted as specified by the power supply manufacturer.
