NOTE
• Each time you change the wire, make sure that the beginning of the wire
is burr-free.
• For cutting the wire size and for correct mounting, please observe the
following chapters:
 9 Maintenance and cleaning on page EN-13
• Select the proper wire type and the related wire guide.
• Guide spiral liners = for steel and stainless steels
• PA liners = for aluminium, copper, nickel and stainless steels

1 Screw the replaceable tip adaptor (11) into the torch neck (3) .
2 Screw gas nozzle support (2) onto the tip adaptor (11) .
3 Screw contact tip (1) into tip adaptor (11) and tighten it.
4 Slide gas distributor (13) over the contact tip (1) and the tip adaptor (11) .
5 Screw gas nozzle (12) onto torch neck (3) .
6 Insert neck liner into module (10) on the connection side.
