Output signals are two square or sinusoidal signals offset by 90° for the detection of
the direction of rotation (tracks 1 and 2) and their inverse signals, optionally also with
a reference pulse (track N). All signals are sent to the separate electronics via the
connection cable.
Separate electronics are required to supply the MiniCODER with power, to evaluate
the signals and to set up the control loop.
If the MiniCODER is equipped with amplitude regulation (GEL 2444K␣R␣␣␣␣␣␣␣), it
compensates for the fluctuations in the amplitudes that can occur due to static mea-
suring distance and temperature changes. These MiniCODERs do not need to be re-
adjusted.
The MiniCODER GEL 2444D␣␣␣␣␣␣␣␣␣ records the total operating time.
The configurable MiniCODER (GEL 2444K␣P␣␣␣␣␣␣␣) records the minimum tem-
perature, maximum temperature and rotational speed histogram; it can be calibrated
automatically using the testing and programming unit GEL 211.

Along with the identification of the manufacturer, there are the following markings on
