5.7. Relative measurement function
The REL function allows reference measurements, for the
representation of component deviations.

the relative value measurement function is activated by
pressing the "REL" button. On the display the "REL"-symbol
appears.

The automatic range selection is disabled.

The current measured value is set to zero and a new
reference value is set.

Pressing the "REL" key, the device switches to the
difference-display, which is subtracted from the actual
measured value. The display shows the "REL" symbol,
which flashes. Press „REL" again to toggle between the two
measured values.

To turn off the relative measurement function, press and
hold the "REL" button for 1 second.
