5. IR remote control

Notes on menu lock:
The menu lock can be enabled to avoid unintentional usage of the monitor. Pressing the
„Lock" key will enable the menu lock. Pressing it again will disable the menu lock.
On the monitor, the menu lock can be activated/deactivated by pressing and holding the
"Menu" key for approx. 3 seconds.
General notes on remote control usage:
Point the remote control towards the receiver window in the lower right monitor
corner.
Avoid direct sunlight shining on the IR receiver.
No obstacles should be placed between the monitor and the remote control.
The range of the monitor is approx. 3 meter.
Do not drop the remote control to avoid damage.
Keep the remote control away from heat.
Keep the remote control dry.
If the remote control doesn't operate properly, please change the batteries.
