5. Now turn on the platter motor by pushing the button No. 1
to position I (as shown in picture Nr. 1) – the platter rotation
now is clockwise. Position II will turn on counter clockwise
platter rotation. Now move the arm with the fluid dispensing
unit and cleaning brush over the record and push button No. 2.
Please be careful not to overflow the record with cleaning fluid
when dispensing fluid on the record. Softly push the cleaning
brush to the record and fix this position with the locking screw
(as shown in picture no. 2).
TIP : For best cleaning results often change the rotation of the platter between clockwise and
counter clockwise turning.
6. After one or two rotations open the
locking screw and remove the cleaning
brush from the record and return it to its
stationary position.
TIP : Please wash your cleaner LPs before cleaning your dirtier ones. The microfabric will then
stay clean and work more effectively.
TIP : A second cleaning is recommended for very dirty LPs. You may also push the vacuum
unit stronger and turn button no. 3 to position II for a better cleaning.
7. A large built-in container stores the used liquid. It is recommended to empty the container
after 100 cleanings. Open the hose blocking clamp shown on picture four on page 5 to empty
the container.
