Deleting all min., max. and average values
To delete all the min., max. and average values,
the "Temp" and "Wind" buttons must be pressed
simultaneously for approx. 3 seconds.
5. Changing the batteries
The wind gauge is powered by 2 micro cells
(AAA).
Important note: When inserting the batteries,
please make sure that you do not exert any
force on the sensitive propeller and the spindle.
Otherwise, these parts will be damaged!
To fi t or to change the batteries, the battery com-
partment at the rear must be fi rst be opened by
pressing back the latching projection on the under-
side. This can be done with the help of a ball-point
pen or screwdriver. After it has been unlatched, the
battery compartment cover can be removed. The
two batteries must be fi tted in accordance with
the polarity marked inside the battery compart-
ment. The battery compartment cover is replaced
and latched.
Important note: After use, batteries can be returned
free of charge to the place from which they were
bought or to any state-owned collection point for
hazardous waste. The end user is legally obliged
to return used batteries (Germany).
