Wind display
The current wind speed is displayed by means of the
large main digital indicator at the top of the display.
The current units for wind measurement are shown
beneath this indicator (knots, km/h, miles/h, m/s or
Beaufort). The units for the wind measurement can
be changed by pressing and holding the "Wind"
button. While the button is held, the wind gauge
steps through the units of measurement at intervals
of 1 second. The button must be released when the
required unit of measurement appears.
The secondary indicator beneath the main wind in-
dicator alternatively shows the maximum or average
wind speed. The "Wind" button must be pressed
briefl y to switch between the two functions.
Temperature display
The current temperature is displayed on the top
larger temperature indicator in the bottom part of
the display. The maximum or minimum value of the
temperature can optionally be shown underneath
this indicator. The "Temp" button must be pressed
briefl y to switch between the two functions.
To change the temperature display from the nor-
mal temperature measurement to the "perceived
temperature" - windchill - the "Temp" button must
be pressed and held. While doing this, the "Wind"
button must be pressed briefl y.
To switch over between °C and °F, the "Wind" but-
ton must be pressed and held. While doing this, the
"Temp" button must be pressed briefl y.
