Operation
Verify that your mobile device's connection values correspond with the product's
connection values (see technical data).
Always read your mobile device's user manual.
Do not short-circuit the USB input/output of the power bank.
The USB cable cannot be used to transfer data.
It is not possible to charge the internal rechargeable battery and a mobile device
at the same time. Always use the charging input (1) or the charging output (2)
respectively.
The power bank contains high-quality smart charging technology that adjusts the
charging performance accordingly. The charging current used can vary within a
range from 0.5 A to 0.8 A.
In order to charge the internal battery, do not connect the USB port of a keyboard
or USB hub without separate power adapter, as the current provided would not
be sufficient.
Fully charge the internal battery every three months in order to maintain full
function performance.
a) Charging the internal rechargeable battery
• Connect the micro USB plug of the provided cable to the IN:DC 5V micro USB port (1) of
the power bank.
• Connect the type A plug of the USB cable to the USB port of a computer or other USB power
source, e.g. a USB power adapter. Latter one must provide a current of at least 0.5 A.
• Charging starts once the USB power source supplies current. The power LED (3) starts
flashing.
• Fully charge the power bank for approx. 7 to 8 hours before first time use.
After that, any further charging of the completely discharged battery will take approx. 3.5 to
4.5 hours. The actual charging time depends on the charging condition of the rechargeable
battery and the available charging current.
