The Pocket Com PMR Fun is a walkie-talkie for the PMR frequency
range in the 70 cm band. The device can be operated on 8 channels.
Use involves no registration or call charges. The device is not splash-
proof and can therefore only be operated outdoors to a limited ex-
tent. It is operated using three round cell (AA type) batteries).
It is imperative to observe the Safety Instructions and Technical Data.
Safety Instructions
Unauthorised conversion and/or modification of the Pocket Com
PMR Fun are not permitted for safety and approval (CE) reasons.
Only use three round cell batteries (AA type) to power the device.
Do not expose the equipment to high temperatures, humidity or se-
vere vibrations or mechanical stress.
Use other than that described above will result in
damage to this product and also involves risk of ha-
zards such as short-circuits, fire, electric shock etc.
The entire product must not be opened, modified or
converted.
This warranty will become void in the event of any
damage caused by failure to observe these Opera-
ting Instructions. We cannot accept any liability for
consequential damage.
We cannot accept any liability for damage to pro-
perty or physical injury caused by improper use or
failure to observe the Safety Instructions. The war-
ranty will become void in such cases.
