CONNECTING THE DN 75 VENT SYSTEM
Warning! Property damage!
Any vent air blockage in the central vacuum unit can
result in property damage.
- Vent system must be attached and vent air must be
released outdoors.
- Install the vent air lines with a slope of at least 2 %
relative to the vent flap.
Vent air is released outdoors via vent air silencers.
- Keep the line length as short as possible and, if
possible, avoid employing any 87° bends.
- Position the vent air opening at a suitable location
(e.g., not on or near terraces).
- For 2000 and 3000 type units, lead the vent air
lines (RAUPIANO PLUS DN 75) up to the air vent on
the central vacuum unit (refer to Fig. 4).
- For 4000 type units, lead the two vent air lines
(RAUPIANO PLUS DN 75) up to the air vents on the
central vacuum unit (refer to Fig. 6).
- For each vent air line, install a vent air silencer
between the central vacuum unit and the wall duct
(refer to Fig. 4 and 6).
- For type 2000 and 3000 units, connect the vent
air lines (DN 75) to a wall duct (DN 110) using a
transition piece (refer to Fig. 3).
- For type 4000 units, connect both vent air lines
(DN 75) to a connector and then to the wall duct
(DN 110) (refer to Fig. 5).
- Install a vent flap on the outside of the wall duct.
