Erase

During pause mode the Auto Power Off
(APO) function is switched off.
Erase
Before you erase messages make sure that the recorder is in STOP-
mode. There are two possibilities to erase messages:

1. Erase a single message

Search with the << and >> button (front of the unit) the

message which should be erased. Press the ERASE-

button (front of the unit) a short time, ERASE starts flash-
ing at the display. To erase the message finally press the
ERASE button again (during the ERASE is flashing). The
numbers of all messages behind the erased message will
be decreased.

2. Erase all messages

Press the ERASE button (front of the unit) until (more

than 3 sec.) the display shows ALL and ERASE is
flashing, let go off the buttons. To erase the message

finally press the ERASE button again (during ERASE
is flashing). In case you want to cancel the erasing mode
press any other button.
