Playback

1. Make sure that the HOLD-switch is in OFF position and push any
button to switch on the recorder.
2. Select with the MENU-button the file from where the message
has to be played. By each pushing of the MENU- button the
recorder goes to the next file. The selected file is shown at the
display (A,B,C).
3. Press the PLAY/PAUSE-button (front of the unit) to start the
playback.
In case there is no special message selected, the last

played message will start again. The display shows the

remaining play time of the messages.

You can listen to the message with the internal speaker
or with the external earphone which is included as
accessory.
To stop the playing mode push the REC/STOP button
(right side of the unit).
The number from the last message is shown at the
display.
If at stop position no buttons are pressed within 3 min-
utes, the recorder will be switched off automatically.
To play the last message just press the PLAY/PAUSE
button (front of the unit).

Pause during playback

To make a pause during play mode press the MODE/PAUSE
