SOLUTIONS
• Ensure there is good contact between the
charging and emptying station and the
robot vacuum cleaner. If necessary, clean
the contacts with a soft cloth.
• Make sure the appliance is always switched
on; otherwise, it will not be able to charge.
• Ensure that the plug of the charging and
emptying station is properly connected
to a mains socket; otherwise, the robot
vacuum cleaner cannot be charged.
• Make sure that the room in which the
station and the appliance are located is not
too hot or too cold (0–40 °C).
• Move the robot vacuum cleaner so that it
is no longer stuck.
• Ensure that there are no loose cables or
other objects lying on the floor that the
robot vacuum cleaner could get caught on.
• If necessary, set up no-go zones using the
app.
