PROBLEMS
The robot vacuum cleaner returns to the
charging and emptying station without
completing its cleaning programme.
The robot vacuum cleaner does not
automatically carry out the cleaning settings as
configured.
The robot vacuum cleaner does not return
to the charging and emptying station after
completing its cleaning programme.
The robot vacuum cleaner does not empty
automatically after completing its cleaning
programme.
The appliance does not clean properly.
The appliance is not detected by the app.
An abnormal noise is heard during cleaning.
SOLUTIONS
• The battery of the robot vacuum cleaner
is almost empty. The robot is returning to
the station to recharge. Once sufficiently
charged, it will resume the programme.
• The robot vacuum cleaner is cleaning the
mopping pads and refilling the clean water
tank. It will then resume the programme.
The frequency of this process can be set in
the app.
• Switch on the appliance.
• Allow the robot vacuum cleaner to charge
fully first.
• Switch off the appliance and thoroughly
clean the dust container, as well as the side
brushes and the wheels, before putting the
appliance back into operation.
• Ensure that the charging and emptying
station is plugged into a mains socket;
otherwise, the robot vacuum cleaner will
not be able to charge.
• Do not move the charging and emptying
station during the robot's cleaning cycle.
• Ensure that a dust bag is correctly installed
in the emptying station. As long as this is
not the case, the station will not perform
automatic emptying.
• Make sure that the setting in the app
under "Dust collection (Auto-Empty)" is not
set to "Never".
• Ensure that the area to be cleaned is
enclosed and that no doors are left open.
• Make sure that there are no loose cables or
other objects lying on the floor.
• Press and hold both buttons on the
appliance for a few seconds. The appliance
is now ready to connect.
• Ensure a stable 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network is
available.
• Press the on/off button on the robot
vacuum cleaner and check that no foreign
objects are lodged in or around the
brushes and wheels of the appliance
• Clean the rotating brush, side brush and
dust container as described in the section
"Cleaning and maintenance".
