4. Place the charging and emptying station on a flat, hard surface and allow at least 0.5 m of free
space on both the left and right sides. In front of the charging and emptying station, there must
be at least 1.5 m of clear space. Otherwise, the robot vacuum cleaner may be unable to locate
the station when returning to charge or empty.

Do not use the charging and emptying station in direct sunlight or in environments with
strong reflections, such as near mirrors.

To ensure that the robot vacuum cleaner can return correctly to the charging and emptying
station after cleaning, do not move the station once the cleaning cycle has started.

Ensure a stable 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network is available.
5. Plug the charging and emptying station into a mains socket. Make sure that the power cable is
not positioned in front of or next to the station.
6. Install the ramp of the charging and emptying station.
7. Remove the clean water tank ("CLEAN") from the station using the handle and open the lid
using the flap at the front. Fill the tank with clean water, close the lid and place the tank back
into the station.

Do not fill the tank with hot water, as this may deform the tank.

The use of aggressive detergents may damage the appliance and its internal pipes.
Therefore, use cleaning agents with caution. We recommend adding no detergent or only
very mild products to the water.
8. Press and hold the on/off button for a few seconds and place the robot vacuum cleaner in the
station. Before first use, allow the robot to charge fully for 12 hours. See "Charging".
INSTALLING THE APP
The explanations and screenshots in the app are subject to change due to app updates.
1. Install the "Smart Life" app using the QR code below or download it from the App Store or
Google Play.
2. Open the app. If you do not yet have an account, register and log in. Make sure the Wi-Fi
network operates on 2.4 GHz.

If you wish to use the app on multiple smartphones to control the appliance, use the same
account. The appliance cannot connect to multiple accounts.
Adding the robot vacuum cleaner to the app
Add the robot vacuum cleaner to your account. This can be done automatically or manually.
Automatic
1. In the app, tap '+' in the top right corner of the home screen and select 'Add device'. Press and
hold both buttons on the appliance for 5 seconds and check that the indicator light is flashing.
2. Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone. The app will search for, detect and
display the robot vacuum cleaner. If not, proceed with manual connection.
3. Enter the correct Wi-Fi network name and password and tap 'Next'.
