Side walls (H, E and F)
Fit the side walls with the brackets facing outwards,
see markings in Fig. 6. Insert the bolts of the side
wall into the eyelets and secure them with a split pin
each.
Secure the side wall (F) with the bolts and fix it in
place with a spring cotter pin.
To hold the side walls in position, clamp them with
the handles.
Cylinder
Attach the cylinder as shown in Fig. 7 and secure it
with the screws (b).

10. Start-up

Please also refer to the motor manual
Topping up with fuel
Fill the fuel tank with clean fuel with min. 90 octane
rating and max. 5% bio-ethanol content.
m The tank must not be filled to more than 12.5
mm (1/2") below the lower edge of the filling noz-
zle, in order to leave space for expansion.
Engine oil
m The oil has been drained for transport. If the
oil tray is not filled with oil before the engine is
started, this will result in permanent damage to
the engine and a loss of the engine warranty.
Top up the oil according to the maintenance schedule.
Engine switch (19)
The engine switch activates and deactivates the ig-
nition system. The engine switch must be in the ON
position to start the engine.
Switching the engine switch to "OFF" switches the
engine off.
Clutch lever (10)
Operating the clutch lever - clutch engaged. Releas-
ing the lever - clutch disengaged.
Throttle (2)
Controls the engine speed. Set the throttle to low
(L) or high (H) speed to increase or reduce the en-
gine speed.
Left steering lever (9)
Operate the lever to steer to the left.
Right steering lever (3)
Operate the lever to steer to the right.
Gear selector lever (7)
Controls the forward or reverse movement of the
machine.
Tilt lever (D)
To tilt, press the release button on the tilt lever and
lift the transport tray using the lever.
Starting the engine
Follow the procedure below for cold starting:
1. Turn the choke lever (16) on the engine to the
fully actuated position.
2. Set the throttle lever (1) on the top handle to the
half open position.
3. Switch the engine switch (19) on.
4. Pull the recoil starter cable (18) slowly several
times so that the petrol flows into the carburettor.
Then hold the starter handle and pull the cord
out a little until you feel resistance. Then pull the
cord out in one quick movement and let the cord
wind up again slowly. Do not let the cord recoil.
If necessary, pull the cord several times until the
engine starts.
5. Let the engine warm up for a few seconds.
Then gradually move the choke lever (16) to the
"OPEN" position. Restarting an engine that is
already warm from previous operation does not
normally require the use of the choke.
6. Set the throttle lever (1) on the top handle to the
half open position.
7. Once the engine is warm, hold the starter handle
and pull the cord out a little until you feel resist-
ance. Then pull the cord out in one quick move-
ment and let the cord wind up again slowly. Do
not let the cord recoil.
Operation
After it has warmed up, pull the throttle (1) to in-
crease the engine speed. Select the required gear
and operate the clutch lever (10) slowly. If the gear
does not engage immediately, release the clutch le-
ver slowly and try again. This sets the mini trans-
porter in motion. The mini transporter has steering
levers on the handlebar, which makes steering very
easy. Simply operate the relevant right or left steer-
ing lever to steer to the right or left. The sensitivity
of the steering increases proportionally to the speed
of the machine, and with the machine empty, only
a slight pressure on the lever is needed to make a
turn. However, when the machine is loaded, more
pressure is required.
m Attention
The mini transporter has a maximum capacity of 300
kg. However, it is recommended to assess the load
and adjust it according to the ground on which the
machine is used. It is therefore advisable to drive
on such routes in low gear and with extra caution.
Keep the machine in a low gear for the entire route
in these situations. Avoid sharp turns and frequent
changes of direction while driving on the road, es-
pecially on rough, hard terrain full of sharp, uneven
