The device is intended for use by adults. Children un-
der the age of 16 may only use the device when su-
pervised. The manufacturer is not liable for damage
caused by improper use or incorrect operation.
Only use the device as described and for the specified
areas of application. The device is not designed for
commercial use. Any other use or modification shall be
deemed to be improper use and could give rise to con-
siderable risk of accident. The manufacturer assumes
no liability for damage arising from inappropriate use.

5. General safety instructions

Save all warnings and instructions for future ref-
erence.
In addition to the information in the operating manual,
the general safety and accident prevention regulations
of the legislature must be observed.
• Pass on operating instructions to third parties.
Ensure that third parties only use this product after
receiving the necessary instructions.
• Keep children away and secure against unau-
thorised use. Never leave the appliance unattend-
ed when it is ready for use or in operation. Never
leave children near it. It is forbidden for children to
use this product. Secure the product against unau-
thorised use.
• Always pay attention and watch what you are
doing. Never carry out work with this device if you
are distracted or under the influence of drugs, alco-
hol or medication. Just a moment of carelessness
when using this device can result in serious acci-
dents and injuries.
• Watch out for damage. Check the product for any
damage before putting it into operation. If the prod-
uct has any defects, it must not be put into operation
under any circumstances.
• Do not use sharp objects. Never insert sharp and/
or metallic objects into the interior of the article.
• Do not misuse. Only use the item for the purposes
described in these operating instructions.
• Check regularly. The use of this article can lead to
wear on certain parts. You should therefore check it
regularly for any damage or defects.
• Only use original accessories. For your own safe-
ty, use only accessories and additional equipment
that are expressly cited in the operating manual or
have been recommended by the manufacturer.
• Do not use in hazardous areas. Do not use the
product in potentially explosive atmospheres con-
taining substances such as flammable liquids, gas-
es and, in particular, paint and dust mists.

Specific safety instructions

• Changes in the interests of technical progress may
be made by the manufacturer without prior notice
and may not yet be included in the operating instruc-
tions.
• Check the item for completeness, function and leaks
before commissioning!
• Never put a defective or non-functional product into
operation! Contact the manufacturer or have the
item checked by a qualified technician.
• Never stand on the article!
• Hold the hose firmly when rolling it up and down so
that the swinging hose cannot injure anyone!
• Observe the maximum working pressure of the
hose. Only operate the hose within the specified pa-
rameters (see technical data).
• At very low temperatures, the hose can become in-
flexible and stiff, which may cause problems when
rolling it up!
• Make sure that sharp corners or objects never dam-
age the hose when laying it!
• Never store or place the hose in a location exposed
to direct sunlight!
• Never use the hose to transport hazardous liquids
(chemicals, acids, alkalis, etc.).
• Switch off the compressed air flow before rolling up!
• Always work carefully and with the necessary cau-
tion!
• Never use excessive force!
