SOLUTION
• Fit the mixing bowl as described in "Assembly".
• Unplug the appliance and wait 15 minutes until the
motor has cooled down.
• Carefully dismantle all parts and make sure the mixing
paddle is not blocked. Remove any obstructions if
necessary. Never use solid ingredients, ice cubes or ice
cream in the mixing bowl.
• Ensure the maximum level indicated on the mixing
bowl is not exceeded.
• Make sure the ambient temperature is not too high.
Move the appliance to a cooler location if necessary.
• Ensure your preparation or drink contains at least
4% sugar. A low sugar content causes the mixture to
freeze too quickly, leading to excessive ice formation
on the cooling cylinder and blocking the mixing
paddle.
• Unplug the appliance and wait 15 minutes until the
motor has cooled down.
• Allow the mixture in the mixing bowl to thaw and
drain the remaining mixture.
• Adjust the proportions of your mixture according
to the recommended guidelines. See "Prepare your
ingredients".
• When the mixture contains too much sugar, salt or
alcohol, it cannot freeze properly. The density remains
too low and the temperature drops too far. When the
temperature falls below -10 °C, the appliance displays
an E5 alarm.
• Adjust the proportions of your mixture according
to the recommended guidelines. See "Prepare your
ingredients".
