SOLUTIONS
• Is the plug properly inserted into the socket?
• Does the socket work? Check the socket or the fuses
in the fuse box.
• The overheating protection has probably been
activated. Unplug the appliance and wait 15 minutes
until the motor has cooled down.
• Empty the mixing bowl by draining the remaining
mixture.
• Carefully dismantle all parts and make sure the mixing
paddle is not blocked by ingredients or ice build-up.
Remove any obstructions if necessary.
• Ensure the maximum level indicated on the mixing
bowl is not exceeded.
• Never use ice, ice cream, solid or hard ingredients in
the appliance.
• Provide sufficient space next to and behind the
appliance (at least 10 cm on each side) so that air can
circulate freely around it. Make sure the ventilation
openings remain unobstructed.
• Increase the temperature and reduce the density of
the mixture by pressing the left snowflake icon.
• Lower the temperature and increase the density of the
mixture by pressing the right snowflake icon.
• The appliance is not stable. Make sure it is placed on a
flat, stable surface.
• There are solid ingredients in the mixing bowl.
Remove solid ingredients and use only smooth,
blended liquids in the mixing bowl.
• There are ice crystals in the mixture. This is usually due
to insufficient sugar or an incorrect alcohol content.
Adjust the proportions or increase the temperature for
a smooth texture. See also "Prepare your ingredients".
