4.2 Before initial operation

1. After installation, wait 4-6 hours before you connect the appliance to the mains
to allow the oil to flow back into the container.
2. Set the thermostat to position 3
3. Now let the empty appliance operate for 5 hours.
4. Use the freezer compartment 24 hours after initial operation of the appliance.
5. Clean the appliance thoroughly. Be very careful especially inside the appliance

6. If the accessories inside the appliance are not fitted in their correct position,
replace them according to the image in chapter 4.
7. The appliance must be connected to the mains properly.
8. If the appliance was disconnected from the energy supply, wait 5 minutes
before restart.

1. The control range of the Thermostat is from setting 0 to setting 7. Move the
controller within this range only. Do not exceed settings 0 and/or 7 while
setting a temperature; otherwise the thermostat can be severely damaged.
