TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

Problems
A beep is heard and a
message appears on the
display to check the
belt's adhesion to the skin.
The display works, but
the belt does not
generate stimulation.
Contractions are very
weak even when the
intensity is high, and
discomfort is felt.
The display does not
turn on.
Issues different from
those listed above.
Possible Causes
The belt is not properly
adhered to the skin.
The control device is
not correctly positioned
on the belt.
The conductive pads and
skin are not sufficiently
moistened.
The presence of dust
deposits or oxidation on
the metal contact pins
between the belt and
the device may prevent
electrical contact.
The intensity may
be set too low.
The conductive pads
and skin may not be
sufficiently hydrated.
The battery is discharged. Recharge the battery.
The belt or one of its
components may be
defective.
