Advanced Programs, from the 16th to the 20th, to Integrate Phys-
ical Training with Absolute Pro Technology
These programs can be used in combination with common abdominal exercises
such as crunches, adopting a safe and appropriate supine position. Each program
includes active stimulation phases and rest periods, allowing abdominal exercises
to be performed during the breaks. We do not provide specific instructions on the
physical exercises to be performed during the breaks; the decision to perform
them and how to do them is left to the user, who should be familiar with performing
abdominal crunches, as they are accustomed to this type of exercise. Similarly, we
do not provide guidance on the number of times and frequency of use; it is up to
the user to decide whether to integrate them regularly into their abdominal training
or use them occasionally. For those who do not wish to use the programs in com-
bination with physical exercise, programs 1 to 15 are suggested.
Acoustic signals in the programs (beeps):
To help easily follow the stimulation and rest phases, each program is equipped
with acoustic signals that serve the following purposes:
- 2 beeps: indicate the start of the active stimulation phase
- 1 beep: indicates the end of the active stimulation phase and the beginning of
the rest period, during which you can perform the abdominal exercises.
- 3 beeps: indicate the end of the program, signaling the completion of the session.
The beep signal can be disabled by simultaneously pressing the two intensity
reduction buttons, the central channel and the lateral channel, for 3 seconds (dis-
abling is only possible when the intensity is at zero on both channels).
PROG. 16 - beginner level - duration 20 minutes.
This program has a frequency of 30 Hz and a pulse width of 170 µs, providing
moderate but effective stimulation. The active stimulation phase lasts 10 seconds,
followed by a brief 5-second rest to perform abdominal exercises.
PROG. 17 - intermediate level - duration 30 minutes.
This program offers medium-intensity stimulation with a frequency of 35 Hz and a
pulse width of 190 µs. It is ideal for users who already have some experience with
EMS stimulation. The active phase lasts 15 seconds followed by a 10-second rest
to perform abdominal exercises.
PROG. 18 - advanced level - duration 35 minutes.
This advanced program is intended for trained and experienced users who want
to integrate EMS with intense physical exercises. The frequency of 40 Hz and a
pulse width of 210 µs ensure robust stimulation. The active phase lasts 20 sec-
onds, followed by a 15-second rest to perform abdominal exercises.
PROG. 19 - advanced level - duration 40 minutes.
With a frequency of 50 Hz and a pulse width of 230 µs, this program offers intense
and prolonged stimulation. It is ideal for experienced and trained users who want
to enhance abdominal strength and endurance. The active stimulation phase lasts
25 seconds, with a 20-second rest to perform abdominal exercises.
PROG. 20 - advanced level - duration 45 minutes.
This is the most advanced program, reserved for trained and experienced users,
with a frequency of 60 Hz and a pulse width of 250 µs, ideal for intensive abdom-
inal training in combination with appropriate physical exercises. The active stimu-
lation phase lasts 30 seconds, followed by a 30-second rest to perform abdominal
exercises.
