The use of the electrostimulator is prohibited in the following cases:
• in pregnant women;
• in patients fitted with a pacemaker (risk of interference with pacemaker activity) and/or an
implantable defibrillator;
• in cases of peripheral nerve disorders, muscle diseases, and severe damage to
osteoarticular structures;
• in severe heart diseases;
• in patients suffering from epilepsy;
• oncological diseases;
• severe arterial hypertension;
• in individuals with a significant ongoing systemic, debilitating, or dermatological condition;
• in patients undergoing treatments with HF (high-frequency) equipment, as this may cause
burns and damage to the electrostimulator itself;
• in the vicinity of shortwave or microwave therapy equipment, as this may cause instability
in the electrostimulator output;
• in patients who are unconscious or unable to communicate;
• in individuals whose psychophysical conditions do not allow exposure to external factors;
• in the presence of a flammable anesthetic mixture with air or oxygen or nitrous oxide;
• if the device must be worn over drug/medication injection sites (for short or long periods),
for example during hormonal therapies;
• acute diseases;
• in cases of a tendency to bleeding, e.g. after acute injuries or a fracture. The stimulation
current may cause or worsen bleeding;
• after surgical operations where stronger muscle contractions could interfere with the
healing process;
• high fever or psychosis;
• in the presence of acute or chronic diseases of the gastrointestinal system, including
inflammatory or undiagnosed abdominal conditions such as diverticulitis.
Please wait before using product until:
• At least six weeks after the birth of your baby (you must consult your doctor first).
• At least three months after having a Caesarean (you must consult your doctor first).
• One month after an IUD contraceptive device (e.g. coil) has been fitted.
• The heavy days of your period have finished.
Please get your doctor's advice before using your product if:
• You wish to use belt and have a bad black.
• You have any serious illness or injury not mentioned in this guide.
• You have recently had an operation.
• You take insulin for diabetes.
• You want to use it on a young child.
• You suffer from muscle or joint problems.
General safekeeping:
• After strenuous exercise or exertion always use a lower intensity to avoid mus-
cle fatigue.
• Do not use your controller at the same time as any other device which transfers
an electrical current into the body (e.g. another muscle stimulator).
• Cease using your product if you are feeling light header or faint. Consult your
doctor if this happens.
