Cause
Power supply interrupted
Valve not connected correctly.
Emergency shut-down active after ten hours
of continuous refilling because the MIN elec-
trode is not in contact with the surface of the
water despite refilling.
Electrodes have a short-circuit or are severely
soiled
Pond is losing water through a leak
Probe not connected correctly
Solenoid loosened
Foreign object in valve
Venting screw loose
Water level does not reach max electrode
Remedy
Check power connection.
Check the connection.
Eliminate cause and acknowledge
emergency shut-down:
• Briefly disconnect and reconnect
the power connection.
• Restore contact of the MIN elec-
trode with the surface of the wa-
ter.
Clean electrodes and remove for-
eign objects.
Check pond for leaks.
Check the connection of the probe
on the controller.
Hand-tighten the solenoid by turn-
ing it clockwise.
Undo the four screws to open the
valve, clean all parts.
Hand-tighten the venting screw by
turning it clockwise
Disconnect the shield and check the
position of the electrodes.
