OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Sampling
operations
Testing
operations
1)
The main unit requires a sufficient 12V battery as the power
source.
●
Connect the main unit's battery clamps to the 12V battery,
ensuring that the positive and negative terminals are not
reversed or short-circuited with the vehicle body.
2)
Use the sampler to draw 50ml of coolant from the vehicle's
reservoir, then pour it into the beaker for testing.
●
The coolant in the beaker should exceed the 40ml mark but not
exceed 50ml.
3)
Place the test rod into the beaker, ensuring that the sampling
hole is fully submerged in the coolant, and expel any air
bubbles from the test rod's cavity to avoid affecting the test
results.
●
Do not shake, tap, or drop the test rod forcefully to prevent
damage to the sensor and other components.
●
Connect the red battery clamp of the tester to the positive
terminal of the battery and the black battery clamp to the nega-
tive terminal. The tester will power on automatically.
●
Select the measurement mode: Normal mode or Brand mode.
●
In Brand mode, select the corresponding coolant brand.
●
Once in the ready screen, hold the "S" button for about 30
seconds until the progress bar finishes loading, then the test
ends. During the test, real-time coolant temperature and
battery voltage will be displayed.
●
After the test is complete, remove the test rod vertically.
When removing the test rod, avoid shaking or swaying it to
●
prevent coolant from spilling.
●
After removing the test rod, it may still be hot. Store it properly
and avoid contact with flammable or explosive materials, as
well as human skin.
