1.10. TectoServe DC1 Sofie
TectoServe DC1 Sofie double decker (DD) display cabinets models are intended for storing
and displaying a wide variety of foods and foodstuffs, including cheeses, meat, convenience
foods, salads, processed and semi-processed foods and packed meat.
TectoServe DC1 Sofie DD display cabinets are available for both fresh and packed products and
are supplied for a number of different storage temperature ranges. The cabinet versions are:
• Cabinet without integrated machinery unit, 0 version, cooling provided by remote
refrigeration equipment.
• Cabinet with separate refrigeration for upper and lower decks so that they can be
switched off or on separately.
NOTE • When opening the front glass, be sure to hold it with both hands. Move the
glass carefully to lowered position.
• Remember to switch off and empty the upper deck cabinet for the night.
• Remember to clean the drip pan carefully once a week. The drip pan is
located under the evaporator on the upper deck.
• Clean the visible surfaces daily with a damp cloth. It is not recommended
to use any kind of water hose for cleaning.
• Pay attention to seams in the upper deck and make sure that the sealing
is not worn away. If the sealing is worn out, contact the manufacturer
or maintenance partner to get the proper new sealing material for
the purpose.
Use only Viessmann ice chip or meat shelves. Viessmann does not guarantee cabinet
functionality unless the manufacturer's own accessories are used.
The cabinet contains automatic defrosting system. In addition to this, the cabinet must be
manually defrosted at least twice a year or even more frequently, depending on the operating
conditions.
WARNING Do not push the glass up by force or slam the glass down.
