Deze moet bij het apparaat worden bewaard en te allen tijde toegankelijk zijn voor iedereen die bevoegd is om het apparaat te bedienen.

    5 Beoogd gebruik The Endopuls 811 is een geavanceerd innovatief apparaat voor het verstrekken van schokgolfbehandeling. De radiale, ballistische schokgolfbehandeling is een procedure met een breed scala aan toepassingen, variërend van de behandeling van oppervlakkige orthopedische problemen tot de behandeling van myofasciale triggerpoints.

    Het compacte ontwerp bespaart ruimte in de praktijk en is uiterst geschikt voor huisbezoeken. Opmerking: Het apparaat mag alleen worden gebruikt door medisch specialisten (zoals artsen, therapeuten en paramedisch personeel). De Endopuls 811 is uitsluitend ontworpen en bedoeld voor de behandeling van oppervlakkige orthopedische problemen bij mensen en dieren.     • Behandeling moet altijd worden uitgevoerd onder medisch toezicht. • Het handstuk van de Endopuls 811 is niet bedoeld voor permanent gebruik. Na een behandeling met max. 6000 schokken, is een onderbreking vereist van 15 min. Waarschuwing: Patiënten die gelijktijdig een behandeling ontvangen waardoor de bloedstolling wordt verminderd en/of gewijzigd of de bloedstollingstijd wordt verlengd (bijvoorbeeld bij acetylsalicylzuur), moeten hun behandelaar raadplegen over het eventueel stoppen van deze behandeling, omdat deze patiënten eerder...

    Aanvullende informatiebronnen over de behandeling moeten ook in acht worden genomen. Schokgolf De Endopuls 811 werkt met mechanische energie. De energie wordt overgedragen op de patiënt via een handstuk, dat gewoonlijk in één hand wordt vastgehouden. Hiertoe wordt het handstuk geplaatst op het gebied of punt van behandeling, waarbij de applicator verticaal wordt gehouden.
