2- Gently push the bike whilst holding down the
same button.
Assist will stop when you release button Y.
3- Press button X to quit assist mode.
* Some of the functions listed above can only
be used once the firmware has been updated. If
applicable, talk to the shop you bought your bike
from and update the firmware.
Power button ON/OFF:
Turns the main power of the bicycle
X Button: Increases a level of assistance
each time pressed
LED 1
LED 2
Y Button: Decreases a level of assistance
each time pressed
Light button: Turns the light connected to
the drive unit ON/OFF
(A) Battery level indicator * 1
Displays the level of the battery mounted on the
bicycle in 10 levels. Displayed in red when the level
is at 10% or less.
(B) Bluetooth ® LE icon
Displayed when a SHIMANO STEPS component
connected with this product is communicating
with an external device via Bluetooth ® LE.
