Changing / fit-
ting the inner li-
ner
Danger due to leaking hot coolant in water-cooled welding systems.
This can result in burns or scalding.

Prerequisite for changing / installing the inner liner:

IMPORTANT! When trimming the inner liner to length, note the following:

Push the inner liner in as far as it will go

CAUTION!
Only replace the inner liner when the coolant has cooled off.
contact tip is fitted
During trimming, make sure that no burr protrudes into the inner liner.
Slightly tilt the side cutter—the burr is pulled outwards.
Grind the burr.
Disconnect the pipe hosepack and coolant hoses from the wirefeeder
