Turn the upper control knob to open
or close the ventilation slots for the
grill plates.

close the ventilation slots for the
raclette surface.

2.3 Assembly

PLEASE NOTE

Before assembling the appliance, check that the grill plates are absolutely clean and
dry and that both activated carbon lters are inserted at the bottom of the appliance.

Only use the appliance when both grill plates are correctly tted onto the frame and
holders.
