Sources of danger - Danger of Fire
WARNING
There is a danger of re due to the ignition of the content in the
event the device is not used properly. Adhere to the following safety
instructions in order to avoid a risk of re:
 This device produces high temperatures, which can lead to burns.
 Make sure that no ammable objects are above or near the device.
 If the appliance catches re, unplug it immediately and extinguish
the re.
 Never extinguish oil/grease res with water. Immediately unplug
the appliance and smother the re with a blanket.
Sources of danger - Dangers due to electrical power
DANGER
Mortal danger due to electrical power! Mortal danger exists
when coming into contact with live wires or subassemblies!
Observe the following safety notices to avoid dangers due to electri-
cal power:
 If the power cord of this appliance is damaged, it must be replaced
by the manufacturer or its customer service or a similarly quali ed
person in order to avoid hazards.
 Do not open the housing on the device under any circumstances.
There is a danger of an electrical shock if live connections are tou-
ched and the electrical or mechanical structure is altered. In addi-
tion, functional faults on the device can also occur.
 Do not touch the appliance or the mains plug with wet hands.
 Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids, and do not
put it in the dishwasher.
