Maintenance inspection should be carried out once a year ⸀ The inspection
should be recorded in a logbook describing what has been checked and
replaced ⸀ Spare parts should always be obtained from your supplier or
Pressalit in order to ensure a continuously safe product and the guarantee ⸀
Contact your supplier or Pressalit for purchase of spare parts and drawings ⸀
Perform a visual inspection of steel parts for penetrating rust ⸀
Lubricate the sliding rails
at least every six months ⸀
Use a food grade grease ⸀
If the product is used in an atmosphere heavy in salt or chloride, the
warranty will be reduced from the normal 3 years to 1 year ⸀ Salt and
chloride have a corrosive effect on the products components and will
cause a decrease in the life expectancy of the product ⸀
