It is recommended not to go into the sauna with the radio
controlled watch, as the temperature differences could
cause condensation to form and damage the clockwork.

When swimming or under a jet of water (e.g. when
showering or washing hands) pressure peaks can
occur. The watch is subjected to significantly more
stress in the affected areas than the immersion
depth suggests.

It is only possible to speak of a water resistant watch
from the 5 bar classification (showering possible).
•
From the classification 10 bar, a watch can also
be used while swimming. Water resistance is not
a permanent property, as the built-in sealing ele-
ments deteriorate in their function and in daily use
