WATER RESISTANCE
Please find the level of water resistance of your radio con-
trolled watch in the table below and use it to determine
the correct use. The bar specification refers to the excess
air pressure that was used in the context of the water
resistance test (DIN 8310).
Watertightness according to DIN is a design feature
that can be called into question by impact, tempera-
ture fluctuations and the influence of fats and acids.
After every intervention in the radio controlled watch, e.g.
battery change, factory overhaul, cleaning, partial repairs,
etc., the radio controlled watch must be checked for water
resistance.
