Cleaning the Filter

It is recommended to clean the filter every 4 to 6 months.
Remove the dust cup as shown in the illustration.

Remove the filter by pulling it downward, as indicated.
•
Rinse the filter thoroughly with clean water. Rotate it 360° to dislodge any
•
trapped dust. Tap the filter gently several times to shake out any remaining
debris.
Let the filter air dry for at least 24 hours before reinstalling.

Note:
Only use clean water to wash the filter. Do not use detergent.
•
Do not use a brush or finger to clean the filter.
