If the vacuum is not working properly, refer to the following troubleshooting table.
Errors
Vacuum does not
work.
Weak suction
force.
Motor makes a
strange noise.
First indicator is
red after turning
on.
First indicator
blinks red while
charging.
Battery indicator
does not light up.
Charging is too
slow.
LED lights on

brush fail.
Possible Causes
Vacuum is out of battery or
low on power.
Overheat protection mode
triggered by a blockage.
Suction opening or air duct
is blocked.
Dust cup is full and/or the
filter assembly is clogged.
Attachment is blocked.
Main suction opening or
extension rod is blocked.
Battery pack is damaged.
The charger is incompatible.
The charger is not plugged
into the vacuum correctly.
The battery is fully charged
and enters Sleep Mode
automatically.
Issue persists after ruling
out above causes.
Battery temperature is too
low or too high.
LED lights are damaged.
Solutions
Fully charge the vacuum, then
resume use.
Clean the suction openings or air
duct. Wait until the vacuum cools
down, then reactivate.
Clear any blockages from the
suction opening or air duct.
Empty the dust cup and clean the
filter assembly.
Clear any blockages in the
attachment.
Clear any blockages in the main
suction opening or the extension
rod.
Contact after-sales service to
arrange maintenance.
Only use the original charger to
charge the vacuum.
Check that the charger is securely
connected.
