5.5 QUICK COOKING (BOOSTER FUNCTION)
The Booster function allows you to activate extra power for quick cooking, ideal for heating
large quantities of food. This function temporarily increases the power of a cooking zone
above the normal maximum level.
• The booster enables the induction to provide a higher power for a pot for a short period
of time (10 min).
• This is useful to heat-up/boil a big amount of water
As the booster function may reach high temperatures, it must only be used for
cooking processes using water. Oil or fat may start to burn if booster is used.
