Maintenance interval
The control of the bratt pan has an hour counter for the maintenance interval. Depending on the tem
peratures used, a note appears when maintenance is required. The more the appliance is used at
more than 200°C, the shorter the maintenance interval.
The hour counter must only be reset after maintenance by an authorized customer service.
Indicating the remaining time until maintenance
. Press the key "P"
. Press the key "Actual temperature/tilting"

● The remaining time until maintenance is displayed for 3 seconds
Indication when maintenance is required
● Indicator changes between "H20" and "0" at intervals of a second.
. Press an arbitrary key.
● The maintenance message has been postponed by four hours.
● Contact customer service for maintenance.
● Have the hour counter reset by the customer service.
